The minimum if Florida for a Dealer limit of Liability is $30,000 (State only requires $25,000 but insurers do not sell that limit) Dealer should consider higher limits of liability since in a lot of accidents when you add up property damage and bodily injury it could easily go over that amount, the minimum we recommend is $300,000 but should consider higher limits.
