Janitorial Service Bonds are continuous bonds. This simply means that as long as you pay the renewal premium the bond is active. The only other time a document will be issued by the carrier would be if the bond was cancelled.

The renewal process is even simpler than purchasing the policy. You can choose the auto pay option which means that your payment method will be billed automatically or you can just simply pay the renewal invoice online when you receive the renewal email.

How long can a bond be purchased for?

Yes. Bonds can be cancelled if you are closing the business or decide that you no longer want the coverage. If you would like to cancel a bond purchased through our office please reach out to us at (305)470-8500 or email us at info@dopazo.com so that we can discuss the signatures needed to request cancellation. What if I need limits higher than $100,000?

Of course we can help with that. Bonds are not typically written for limits higher than $100,000 but there is an insurance policy called Crime Coverage which can include employee theft coverage for higher limits. Because of the Crime policies are more complex, we do not currently offer an online quote for the coverage but you can complete our simple online form so that we can contact you and discuss what is needed to provide a Crime Insurance Quote.
